Everything we sell comes with our Satisfied AF Guarantee.

Anything incorrect or faulty in any way gets you a replacement order (free, of course), shipped out ASAP and we'll even let you keep the threads that don't hit the mark too.

We want you to love what you ordered. If you don’t, we’ll make it right.
You can return any eligible item for store credit within 30 days of delivery.

Our No-Waste Promise

We get it - sometimes things don’t fit the way you want, or maybe your nan saw the print. Either way, we keep returns out of landfills and in circulation.

We don't have the facility to receive and redistribute our threads (yet), so instead, every returned item in good condition gets a second life through our Nearly Offensive Rewear Initiative.

Nearly Offensive Rewear Initiative:
Returns in good condition are passed on to local charities through one of our digital-nomad crew in Thailand. Threads are then redistributed to communities in Northern Thailand - from those who have too much, to those who have too little. Simple.

Eligibility for Returns

You’ve got 30 days from delivery to start a return.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged (trying it on doesn’t count, you're good).
Custom, limited, or clearance items can’t be returned (unless faulty).
If you've changed your mind, you cover the shipping cost to our nomad in Thailand so your unwanted threads can find their way to someone less fortunate. We'll take the L on the production costs and cover the cost of import too, sound fair enough?

How to Start a Return

Email us at orders@nearlyoffensive.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll confirm eligibility and share the return address.
Once received and checked, we’ll process your store credit.

Faulty or Damaged Items

💩 happens. If your order arrived faulty or damaged, email orders@nearlyoffensive.com with photos and your order number - we’ll sort it fast and cover replacement shipping.
